Scott Houlton

Scott Houlton is the CEO of MLM. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical services industry across the drug development, clinical trial, and commercial segments. Mr. Houlton was most recently CEO of Clinical Supplies Management and has held past leadership roles at Catalent, Aptuit, Quintiles and Cardinal Health. He holds degrees in International Business and Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Houlton is a member of the CEO Advisory Board at Great Point Partners and is a Non-Executive Board Member at Tergus Pharma. He joined MLM in February 2021.

Roger O. Gasper

Roger Gasper joined MLM as CFO in October 2020 and has an established track record in both private and public companies.  Most recently Mr. Gasper served as CFO at MaSTherCell, a leading cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing partner recently acquired by Catalent.  Prior to MaSTherCell, Mr. Gasper worked with Mr. Houlton as CFO at CSM and was previously CFO at The J.G. Wentworth Company. 
He holds a degree in commerce and engineering from Drexel University.

Dr. Stephan Voswinkel

As the Managing Director of MLM, Dr. Stephan Voswinkel is responsible for study management, laboratory systems and the secure data systems. He has been with MLM since 2003, having previously held a post-doctorate position in the Department of Physiology of the University of Technology in Aachen, Germany. During his career, Dr. Voswinkel has been involved in over 500 clinical trials, so he brings extensive expertise as well as his scientific knowledge to every project.

Dr. Lisa K Jennings

Dr. Lisa K Jennings is the CSO of MLM and the Managing Director of US operations. She is internationally recognized for her thought leadership in hematology and has served on numerous industry advisory boards. She has been instrumental in assisting in the design and implementation of mechanistic studies and clinical trials in various therapeutic areas. Her expertise and successful career at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center led her to start CirQuest Labs, now MLM Memphis, in October of 2008. Dr. Jennings joined MLM in July of 2020.

Isabel Struik, M.Sc.

Isabel Struik is the VP Sales and Marketing at MLM and is responsible for all sales and marketing activities at MLM. Isabel has a M.Sc. in environmental sciences (toxicology and health) from the Wageningen University in the Netherlands. She has worked since 1997 in Business Development roles of growing seniority in the clinical trials arena, in both CROs and central laboratories. She joined MLM in August 2020 to support the future growth of the company.
